Interesting development.
PopGoesTheArts previously reported that former "Scandal" star Columbus Short skipped a recent court appearance, which caused the presiding judge to order a bench warrant for his arrest.
Columbus was then spotted in Barbados speaking at an event where he informed the crowd that he would be packing his bags and MOVING there!!
Now, there is still that pesky problem of an active arrest.....
However, due to the crimes being all misdemeanors, he's CAN'T be extradited.
