Thankfully, he's alright.
During his performance at Chicago's North Coast Music Festival last last, rapper Kid Cudi scared his fans in attendance when he passed out while in the photo pit.
Cudi was in the middle of his hit song "Pursuit of Happiness" when he began high-fiving some fans when he briefly lost consciousness. Lucky for Kid, his security was on point and managed to catch him before he hit the ground. He was then carried out of the pit.

Cudi tweeted a short time later:
"I'm ok!! Blessed to have fans who actually give a fuck about me,"
"Mad love to the security who were there and helped me out tonight. Really awesome dudes! Thanx for nursing me back to health ha. Ill do a better and make sure to eat properly on show days :) scouts honor! I love you Chicago. Don't you forget that shit. Ever. If I scared anyone tonight I am so so sorry from the bottom of my heart."
Glad to know he's doing okay!
He's got plenty of time to rest up though, as his schedule doesn't have him back on stage until September 7th.
