With Celine Dion's Vegas residency soon coming to an end (although the singer is currently on hiatus due to her husband's health) operator AEG is currently trying to lock in its next big artist to tackle the duty......
And a massive paycheck!!
Currently #1 on the wish list is Mariah Carey, who has reportedly already been given a weekend offer (THAT'S 2 DAYS) of $750k!!!
No word yet if Mimi has accepted the offer, but she's not the only name AEG is considering:

Adele, Blake Shelton & Miranda Lambert, Prince, Bruce Springsteen, Chris Rock, and Chelsea Handler!!
Reportedly, there are many vacancies that can be filled, and more than one artist could sign on the dotted line.
