"Sons Of Anarchy" Star Charlie Hunnam Speaks Bluntly On Emmy Snubs: "I Don't Give A Sh*t"
Posted on 5:27 AM by jackline
Well, it's nice to know that he doesn't, but as a long time fan?
It bothers me.
During yesterdays FX panel at the Television Critics Association panel, "Sons of Anarchy" star Charlie Hunnam (who plays Jax Teller) voiced his opinion on the ever frustrating Emmy snubs that the show endures every year.
While show runner and creator Kurt Sutter has been very vocal (and heavy F bomb dropper) about the snubs, Charlie took a different approach.
He said:
"Lest we forget, it doesn't matter at all. I feel there's this perception that we're upset about this and.… I really don't give a shit,"
His comment about "not giving a shit" managed to get some chuckles from the cast and crew, but Charlie continued:
"I make this for the people that watch the show and I really care for me about the work that I do and for my friends that watch it. People don't appreciate it. You can't win them all."
What do you guys think of what Charlie had to say about the snubs?
"Sons of Anarchy" returns for its final ride September 9th.
