A brand new report coming in is saying "Lord of the Rings" alum Orlando Bloom got into an altercation with Justin Bieber while the 2 were inside an Ibiza restaurant named Cipriani.
The video shows the 2 in a heated exchange, in which Justin can be faintly heard saying:
"What's up bitch"
All you can really see from the grainy video is that Justin and Orlando come face to face.

That's reportedly when Orlando took a swing at the pint sized pop star, but Justin managed to avoid.
The restaurant was pretty packed with celebrities, during the incident including Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Diddy.
Justin made a beeline for his waiting car immediately after it happened, and the same sources are claiming the restaurant erupted in applause the second he left.
There has been a report of animosity between the 2 men ever since Justin was rumored to have had a fling with Orlando's ex Miranda Kerr, and Orly himself was rumored to have hooked up with Selena Gomez.
