Katherine Heigl Says In New Interview She Felt Betrayed By Career

Think nice thoughts........think nice thoughts.......think nice thoughts.....
Ah the HELL with it!! Who comes to PoGoesTheArts for me to be nice!
Maybe if she wasn't such a bitch (as is reported) then this wouldn't have happened!?
Former "Grey's Anatomy star and fallen movie star Katherine Heigl recently opened up in a new article in the August issue of Marie Claire UK.
In one piece, Heigl actually says:
“The thing that was my best friend for a long time suddenly turned on me,"
"And I didn’t expect it. I was taken by surprise and angry at it for betraying me.”
Uh, okay?
The interview continued:
“I had an amazing time. I love romantic comedies,"
"But maybe I hit it a little too hard. I couldn’t say no. I stopped challenging myself. It became a bit by rote and, as a creative person, that can wear you down. That was part of why I took that time off, to ask myself, ‘What do I want? What am I looking for?’ and shut down all the noise.”
All of Katherine's troubles began back in 2008 when she opted to remove her name from the Emmy consideration ballot when she felt her "Grey's" character didn't have the material to "warrant a nomination".
She followed up her exit from the show with hits at the box office, including "Knocked Up" and "27 Dresses" but features after that left her wanting a bit more. "Ugly Truth" received some negative reviews while "Life As We Know It" alongside Josh Duhamel flopped.
The situation didn't really improve as well when rumors started circulating that studios were referring to Katherine as "Hurricane Heigl" when she was on set.
No matter the drama though, Katherine is set to return to television this fall in the NBC backed "State of Affairs".
Thoughts??
PS: Does anyone else think her face looks a tad too photoshopped on the cover???
