While Sarah Silverman and Jimmy Kimmel went for the jokes (as Joan would have LOVED), Jimmy Fallon couldn't keep himself completely composed.
While remembering the legend that is Joan Rivers, Jimmy reminded his audience and viewers of the night he first sat behind the desk.

Well, its was a pretty big deal for Joan as well.
It was the first time she had appeared on the 'Tonight Show' in over 20 years, and while remembering this moment, it brought our beloved host Fallon to tears.
