It's still shocking to me that Cory is gone, but what's even more shocking is that it's already been a year.
"Glee" fans all around the world were dealt a terrible blow when star Cory Monteith, only 31 years old, died last year from a drug overdose while in Vancouver.
Many flocked to Twitter to dole out their condolences to other fans, the cast of the Fox show, and off-screen girlfriend Lea Michele.
In the opinion of yours truly, "Glee" never truly rebounded from losing Monteith, as he really was the heart of the program. The character of Finn Hudson grew up in front of our eyes and he went from goofy Glee club singer to a strong leading man.
RIP Cory:
We'll never forget you.
