This is INSANE.
While it has been rumored for quite some time, today we got confirmation that Emmy winning actor from "The Young & the Restless" Billy Miller will be joining "General Hospital" as the brand new Jason Morgan!!
The casting has definitely been met with some negative reactions, as those longtime fans of the ABC soap were hoping to get Steve Burton back in the role.
Executive producer Frank Valentini confirmed the news on his Twitter today.
No word yet on when Billy will be debuting.
