Deadmau5 is now embroiled in a legal war with Disney over whether or not the DJ's famous headgear is too close to similarity with their famous Mickey Mouse ears logo.
According to the new report, documents were filed Tuesday by Disney, and they're trying to get Deadmau5's attempt at trademarking his logo STOPPED.
Now, we all need to remember that the DJ has had his famous helmet for over 10 years and already has it trademarked in other countries including Japan, Italy and the UK.
Disney isn't budging though, saying allowing him to receive trademark in the States would damage their reputation and business.
DeadMau5 also isn't budging though and is ready to go to court, according to sources.
